Being a pilot project we underwent a number of
revisions to our book making template. The final product is noted as
such, and worked extremely well. Other templates are included as you may
find they suit your needs better.

Final
Legal Size Template: Using Tables
Tables have been added to make the template easier to
use.
Pages are table cells, and thus adding information to one does not skew
subsequent pages.
As a result of this feature page numbers can be included directly in the
template.
Otherwise, page numbers have to be pasted in after the fact. This is
tedious, and difficult for projects without IT support.

Legal
Size Template: No Book Fold
This original template was made before we discovered Microsoft
Word's Book Fold Function.
Although difficult to work in the benefit of this template is that
printing can be paused and resumed.
Using the book fold function, with certain printers, if a document is
printed and encounters an error printing cannot be resumed at the page
where you left off.
PowerPoint
Template
This template was used originally
to make the process easy on families. The initial template we used for
printing was difficult to work in, so families were encouraged to start
with a PowerPoint template that was user friendly. This can be an
important tool to get the creation process flowing.
